By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Order Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that: All product selections (including size, color, and quantity) are correct.Your shipping and billing information is accurate and complete. Boum Boom is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

2. Product Nature & Expectations

Boum Boom specializes in custom and made-to-order products, including press-on nails and apparel. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final product.

3. Adhesive & Product Use Disclaimer

Some orders may include third-party adhesives (such as nail glue). Boum Boom does not manufacture these adhesives and is not responsible for their formulation or ingredients. By using any included adhesive, you acknowledge and agree: You are using the product at your own risk Boum Boom is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, injuries, or damages. Customers are strongly advised to: Perform a patch test before full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Seek medical attention if necessary. Boum Boom is not responsible for misuse, improper application, or failure to follow safe usage practices.

4. 30-Day Limited Warranty

Boum Boom offers a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or quality issues only. Approved claims may result in a replacement order, issued at our discretion. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, Improper handling or application, Damage caused by adhesives or external products Issues reported after 30 days

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Boum Boom does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are not accepted. Replacements may be issued only for verified quality errors reported within 30 days.

To submit a claim:

Email theboumboomroom@gmail.com Include your order number and clear photos of the issue Wait for approval and further instructions. Boum Boom reserves the right to approve or deny any claim. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Policy

Orders may take 7–28 business days to be processed and delivered. Boum Boom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided via email. Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” are not the responsibility of Boum Boom.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment

Boum Boom partners with third-party manufacturers and print-on-demand services. By placing an order, you consent to your information being shared with these partners strictly for order fulfillment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Boum Boom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes (but is not limited to): allergic reactions, misuse of products, delayed shipping, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferencesYour use of our products is at your own risk.

10. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Boum Boom directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may be considered a violation of these Terms. Boum Boom reserves the right to: Dispute all chargebacks with evidence, including order confirmation, communication history, and delivery tracking Deny future purchases from customers who file fraudulent or abusive disputes

11. Refusal of Service

Boum Boom reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions at our discretion, including (but not limited to):Suspected fraudAbuse of policiesHarassment or inappropriate behavior toward the brand
