Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes, If you ordered clothing or an accessory you will have 24 hours before you can cancel your order. We partner with a print on demand company to create your order and payment is not captured until your order is shipped and packaged. Unfortunately, depending on the press on nail process you may not be eligible for a cancellation or refund. If you are unhappy with your press on set please contact us and we can troubleshoot a solution!
Can I exchange an item?
At this time we do not offer exchanges. We do hope to make this possible in the near future!
What shipping methods are available?
We currently only ship within the US. We mainly use UPS, Fedex, or USPS including USPS PO Box or Military addresses.
What is your return policy?
Due to being mainly an online company we do not offer returns at this time. If you are having an issue with the product you received you can contact us, send a photo, and we can assess If a redelivery is awarded free of charge.
What payment options do you accept?
We are pretty flexible with payment options! We accept apple pay, klarna, link, google pay, visa, mastercard, american express, afterpay, discover, jcb, cb, diners club international, and union pay.
